Union County College asked SGW to help grow enrollment by a specific percentage within two years.
To achieve this, first we reviewed the landscape, speaking with internal stakeholders, and interviewing groups of students both at Union County College and elsewhere. Then, we recommended new messaging and a brand refresh based on our learnings, and a primarily digital advertising program that included social media posting and traditional advertising as well.
We also created a mobile catalog that users can view simply by sending a text from their cell phone.
SGW Customer Experience (CX) specialists analyzed the prospect conversion path from beginning to end and worked closely with Union County to remove any bumps.
In a very short amount of time applications registered positive growth, and enrollment figures are turning around as well. We will continue to hone and optimize the program based on daily analysis of results.
